Tribe Division
Hello everyone, thank you all for checking in! I hope you all are as excited as I am to get this game going!
Before we begin though we have to sort out the tribes. This season there will be three tribes divided by age. One tribe will have the oldest women paired with the youngest men, another will have the oldest men and the youngest women. The final tribe will house those that straddle the middle in terms of age. Here are this season's tribes.

Now I'm sure you can all see that one tribe is already at a numbers disadvantage. It simply wouldn't be fair to have them start off this way. So rather than a cast of 20, this will actually be a cast of 21. But who will be their final member? Only 20 people checked in, is someone else on the way?
Well as I'm sure you all are aware Survivor's 31st season is titled "Second Chances" and I believe this series has someone who truly deserves a second chance to come back. People' have demanded his return and who am I to deny the wants of many. So without further ado, the final member of the cast is...
Shane Powers is back! Shane played in Season 3 of the series where he created chaos amongst his tribe to attain a position of power. Unfortunately his time was cut short due to having to depart for a trip and removed himself from the game rather than taking up someone else's place while the game progressed.
There we have it the three tribes of The Survivor Games: Luanda!
Throughout the day you will receive access to you Tribe Camps and Confessionals. As well, the graphics on the forum will be updated to reflect your new tribes. Once you enter your Tribe Camp, you will see a welcome post that will have information about your first Immunity Challenge.
From this moment on there is to be NO CROSS TRIBAL COMMUNICATION. Players that break this rule will be punished.
The first Immunity Challenge will be Monday June 1st at 9:00pm EST. This challenge will last 24 hours, but it will be helpful to have as many tribe members as possible online at the same time. The instructions for this challenge will be posted tonight and it is strongly suggested you read them.
Now onto this season's twist....
This season's twist has to do with the Hidden Immunity Idol. In the past seasons the idol had to be found in order to be claimed, this season it will not. Each round an idol will be assigned to someone on each tribe. The person who receives the idol will be kept a secret. The idol is theirs for that round. They can use it on themselves, they can use it on someone else, or they can decide not to use it. The idol cannot be transfered. At the end of each round the person who has the idol will lose possession of it and someone new will gain possession in the next round. The idol can't be held for two consecutive rounds by the same person. If you choose to use the idol on yourself or someone else the round you have possession of it, you will not be able to possess the idol again for the rest of the game.
This is a new dynamic that certainly adds more questions to the idol. Who has it? If you have it, should you use it to keep yourself or an ally safe? Should you risk not using it for the chance to have it later on in the game? What happens if the person your planning on targeting the next round gets the idol? Time will answer these questions for you.
The idols will be distributed each round once the challenge is posted.
